We will reply by email to acknowledge your request and place a temporary hold on the dates. We then send a full booking form with our terms and conditions, which should be filled in and returned. When the £100 per week deposit is received (see Terms & Conditions) the booking is confirmed by E-mail with the balance and Security Deposit being paid as per the Terms & Conditions.
